Simultaneous Pregnancy in the Therapist and the Patient

This report describes the insight-oriented psychotherapy of a woman who became pregnant shortly after her therapist did. This was not considered an instance of acting out. The pregnancies were found to enhance the therapy and provide catalysts for therapeutic issues which were already being addressed.
