Sexual Activity in Therapy: Legal and Ethical Issues

This article reviews the effect of sexual therapy on the existing professional ethical standards and debates its legal implications. It questions the validity of the arguments of the patient-plaintiff who supports his case on the alleged abuse of transference which is an untested psychological construct.
