Writing is presented as a method for increasing therapeutic efficiency and eflectiueness. It can be used as an additional or alternatiue structuring skill to traditionally verbal psychotherapy. Writing has been Sound thus far to be clinically useful as a separate paratherapeutic approach. Several applications of writing are possible.
