Abstract
C. G. Jung made note of the manner in which collective forces within the psyche have the power to influence, alter, or color human perception. Collective movements are considered in this light. A connection is offered between aspects of collective movements and psychic forces that empower obsessions. The feminist movement is examined against these parameters.
